What to Expect in a Community Acupuncture Treatment

Community Acupuncture

The main treatment room is one large area that allows for multiple treatments tables and chairs to be set up in the same room. This community experience is very enjoyable, allowing patients to relax while receiving an acupuncture treatment in a healthy, healing environment with others, while allowing the practitioners to be easily available for the needs of each patient.

Within an acupuncture session, adjunctive and complementary therapies may be used, including but not limited to, electrical stimulation, moxibustion (heat) therapy, cupping, guasha, ear seeds, tuina bodywork and the suggestion of herbal and nutritional advice and supplementation.
